Remove schema name from SQL generated when running updateSQL

Description

When running the updateSQL command, SQL code is generated in a file as specified in the migrationSQLOutPutFile property. The generated SQL code that writes an INSERT to the DATABASECHANGELOG table contains the schema name, however it should be possible to prevent the schema name from being outputted, see examples below.

Current scenario:
INSERT INTO EXAMPLE_SCHEMA.DATABASECHANGELOG (AUTHOR, COMMENTS, DATEEXECUTED, DESCRIPTION, EXECTYPE, FILENAME, ID, LIQUIBASE, MD5SUM, ORDEREXECUTED) ....

Suggested scenario:
INSERT INTO DATABASECHANGELOG (AUTHOR, COMMENTS, DATEEXECUTED, DESCRIPTION, EXECTYPE, FILENAME, ID, LIQUIBASE, MD5SUM, ORDEREXECUTED) ....
