DB2 Datatype - DBCLOB, GRAPHIC, VARGRAPHIC doubling datatype size

Description

Create table using SQL:

CREATE TABLE TESTDBCLOB(
DBCLOB_NULL DBCLOB(4) NULL,
DBCLOB_NOTNULL DBCLOB(4) NOT NULL,
DBCLOB_DEFAULT DBCLOB(4) DEFAULT '1'
);

Generate Change Log:

<changeSet author="robert (generated)" id="1383245327365-6">
<createTable tableName="TESTDBCLOB">
<column name="DBCLOB_NULL" type="DBCLOB(8)"/>
<column name="DBCLOB_NOTNULL" type="DBCLOB(8)">
<constraints nullable="false"/>
</column>
<column defaultValue="'1'" name="DBCLOB_DEFAULT" type="DBCLOB(8)"/>
</createTable>
</changeSet>

Note that the datatype size is now 8 instead of 4. Happens with GRAPHIC and VARGRAPHIC
