Formatted SQL support for external files

It would be helpful to be able to reference an external file from within a formatted SQL file using some sort of "include" function.

It would allow external rollback calls like in http://forum.liquibase.org/topic/can-we-include-a-file-in-rollback#49382000000938007 or to break out big parts of a changelog to make it more readable
