      Description

Ran the generateChangeLog command against our Postgres database. Used the cmd line, Postgres 9.3, driver jdbc41, xml output.

Noticed that most of the columns were missing from one of the tables in the changeSet.

There is nothing too special about the table that makes it any different from the rest in our db schema. A few constraints around primary and foreign keys, 2 indexes - we have other tables with the same which get generated just fine.

Tried running against the same db and schema with a previous version of liquibase (3.0.8 and 3.2.3) and it worked - generated the correct changeSet for that table.
