Backward compatibility of changesets for postgresql was broken after CORE-2977

Description

Changeset 1:

1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 - createTable: tableName: my_table_name columns: - column: name: my_column_name type: uuid constraints: primaryKey: true

Changeset 2:

1 2 3 - dropPrimaryKey: tableName: my_table_name constraintName: pk_my_table_name

Both of changesets are applied well on liquibase 3.5.5 but after liquibase update to 3.6.x the following error is thrown:

1 constraint "pk_my_table_name" of relation "my_table_name" does not exist

since liquibase 3.6.x generates primary key with name my_table_name_pkey instead of pk_my_table_name This renaming was introduced in https://liquibase.jira.com/browse/CORE-2977

Environment

postgres:9.6.2
