includeAll tag alphabetical order problem

Description

In a Linux environment, as oposite to a Windows, the includeAll tag does not run files according to alphabetical order. They are found and run with a random order. Found that the problem is in FileSystemResourceAcessor.getResources when it loads all files from the given directory.

Replaced List<URL> by SortedSet<URL> to garantee alphabetical order when adding the files URL.

I can confirm that this issue occurs in 1.9.5 under Linux. Any chance of porting this back to the 1.9 branch?

Will evaluate for 1.9
