Include "commit" statements in updateSql mode

To better handle transactions, "commit" statements should be included in generated updateSQL scripts

Relates to CORE-820.

When generating scripts in offline mode changelogs mixing DML and DDL operations in separate changesets are exposed to problems due to this. The transactional nature of the changesets described in the documentation does not apply currently to the offline mode.

Is there any update on the status of this issue?
