generateChangeLog does not handle sets correct

Description

The bug reported here: http://forum.liquibase.org/topic/generatechangelog-does-not-work-with-enum also affects sets. As the enum-bug is fixed, sets still don't generate correct: SET(2) instead of SET('a','b')
