addColumn with afterColumn on Informix doesn't work

Description

Since Liquibase 3.1 there is afterColumn attribute for addColumn tag, but it doesn't work on Informix. New columns are always added at the end...

Environment

Informix IDS 11.1 on RedHat Linux 6
