Liquibase is failed to modify column datatype with TIMESTAMP type

Description

I have the following Changeset which contains modifying datatype to TIMESTAMP and adding default value

While applying above Changeset, Liquibase is thrown following error

Environment

OS = Linux 64 bit Ubuntu 18.04
Liquibase command line version-V3.5.5
