Having just read on the LB forum that I could actually commit this myself, the change mentioned in the attached patch has been committed to r982 of trunk.

Viewing generated html documentation in the tables section of dbDoc yields a JS error when the table name has double quotes surrounding it. I have attached a patch for this to replace the doubles with singles.
